Louise

Daughter of the Coiron Plateau · Ardèche

Born on the Coiron plateau, in an Ardèche of land and silence, Louise grew up in a farming family. This rugged, generous terroir shaped her — the honesty of hard work, the warmth of home, the deep instinct for passing things on.

But Louise has also travelled. From Italy to Mexico, from great tables to remote Zen retreats, she brought back the finest things the world had to offer: a sharp eye for detail, the art of hospitality, and a singular way of creating beauty from what one has.

Mas de Louise is her. Her roots and her horizons. Ardèche in the soul, the world in the gaze.
