Before your stay, you send your shopping list. Louise prepares it with everything you ask for, swapping items for their Ardèche equivalents when a local producer does it better — Lussas honey, plateau cheeses, local charcuterie.

In every stay Louise has organised, two moments keep coming back in guests' memories. The first: opening the fridge on arrival and finding exactly what they love. The second: an evening around a table set by a chef who knows the land here.
The chef arrives,
you have nothing to do
At 6 pm, one of Louise's partner chefs takes over the kitchen. He did his shopping at the Privas market that morning, chose his vegetables from the Lussas producer, and builds his menu around what the season offers. You discover the dishes at the table.
The chef stays until the end of dinner. He clears, cleans, disappears. What you keep: a memorable table, a conversation that lingers, and the feeling that someone genuinely wanted this evening to be good.

Breakfast is not served at a fixed hour. You say the evening before when you'd like to find the table — and in the morning, it's there. Crusty bread, seasonal jams, plateau cheeses, transhumance honey, freshly pressed juices.
Every product comes from Ardèche producers Louise knows by first name. Nothing standardised, nothing industrial. Just what the lands here know how to do — served on the great oak table, in the morning light.
