Mas de Louise is not rented by the room. When you book, you have the whole house to yourselves — all 8 suites, 3 sitting rooms, the semi-professional kitchen, the south-facing terrace and the heated pool.
This exclusive formula guarantees total privacy for your group. No strangers in the house, no shared spaces outside your circle. Ideal for family gatherings, seminars, retreats and celebrations.

November — March
excluding school holidays
The Mas under Ardèche winter light, deep silences. The ideal time for those who truly want to slow down, far from the crowds.
April — June
September — October
Ardèche nature at its finest. Spring brings the olive trees into bloom, autumn gilds the vines. Mild temperatures, long days, heated pool available — the finest season to explore the territory.
July — August
Christmas & Easter holidays
The Ardèche in full light. The pool, evenings on the terrace under the stars, warm nights. The Mas fills quickly — booking in advance is strongly advised.
Booking
conditions
Deposit & payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking; the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Secure card payment via the Lodgify platform.
Security deposit
A security deposit cheque is requested on arrival. It is only cashed in the event of damage and is returned to you at the end of the stay.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. Between 60 and 30 days: 50% refund. Under 30 days: no refund, except in cases of force majeure.
Arrival & departure
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Late arrival or late departure subject to availability — please specify at the time of booking.
Minimum stay
2 nights minimum.
Pets
Pets are welcome on prior request, subject to Louise's agreement. A supplement may apply depending on size and length of stay.
Special requests
A birthday to celebrate with flowers on the bed or a bottle of champagne, a cot, an accessible suite — any special request should be mentioned at the time of booking or directly with Louise, who will be delighted to arrange the perfect touch to make your stay unique and memorable.
